I'm Here To Help

Dennis Doty

Managing people is hard. It requires a whole new set of skills, many that don't come naturally to leaders who want to focus on scaling a business or creating new products. It is a common problem, but there are peaceful solutions.

Many leaders guess their way in leading and managing people, but following the lead of someone who has experience and knowledge of leading individuals and teams is a recipe for success. I've done it (a lot!), and I'd love to show you the path forward.

Dennis is husband to Alecia for 16 years and dad to four awesome adventurous kids. Dennis has served in Christian classical education for 19 years as both a teacher and administrator. He has advanced degrees in Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Classical Education Leadership from Gordon College, and is in progress of a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
