Lead Yourself

You know you need to lead others. You spend the time and money to lead others well, but what about knowing & leading yourself? In this module we explore your personal leadership style leading to the healthiest version of yourself. 

Culture

Every sphere of life–family, work, even your running club–has a culture. Together we explore the keys to creating healthy cultures, knowing it takes work, key decisions and the right people.

 

Strategic Planning

There are essential elements of strategic planning: mission statements, core values, strategic priorities, P&L statements, SWOT analysis, key performance indicators will all be explored here.  

Purpose 

Man is searching for meaning. But we often lose sight of our "Why" or the essential thing that drives our work and performance.  This module helps leaders rediscover one's personal passion.

Leading & Managing

If culture "eats strategy for breakfast" then it takes strong leaders and managers to maintain positive, focused, and purposeful organizations. This module analyzes the characteristics and behaviors of strong leaders & managers. 

Change & Conflict

Change & conflict is inevitable. This module gives practical tips on how to have difficult conversations, understanding change strategy, and leading through crisis and adversity. 

Organizational Alignment

Whether you started or inherited your organization, misalignment happens often undetected. Together we will explore the essential elements of alignment while addressing the common pitfalls of leadership along the way. 

Transitions

Intentional or unintentional, life is filled with transitions. Leading well means putting your organization and people in a healthy place to thrive without you. Do you have the mindset to "leave it better than you found it?" 

Succession Planning

Leaders must think beyond themselves. Whether "memento mori" (remember you must die) or strategically planning for a successor, it is a mark of a good leader to think & plan for what's next for others.
